Positive: The house is up on a hill. The living room was spacious and comfortable. Being on a hill, It has a very good view. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC upstairs and one WC downstairs. It has a private carpark with adequate parking.

Negative: The unit is on the 2nd floor. There is no lift. You have to carry your luggage upstairs.
